It all started in 2023, A thought of solving a problem we were facing a lot, hiring Qualified Freshers. While hiring at iOTA, we kept running into interns who had spent serious money on multiple courses from different platforms, stacked up certificates like trading cards, but when it came to actually getting the job done… well, let’s just say the lacked practical knowledge.
That’s when we realized—Education shouldn’t just be about filling your brain with theories, it should be about getting your hands dirty (figuratively, of course). Learning should be about DOING & Practicing!
